Lumentra is 15 years old
In 2009, we started Lumentra to fulfill the need for an LED test and measurement facility for the Canadian lighting industry as they started migrating to LED technology. We are proud to have served North American lighting manufacturers in achieving DLC, Energy Star, California Title 24, and other energy efficiency credentials.
During this amazing journey, we have:
- Assisted more than 200 companies to develop energy efficiency lighting products.
- Helped enlist more than 20,000 products in Qualified Products Listing of DesignLights Consortium.
- Handled photometric measurements for special applications including medical, traffic, marine and aviation lighting – as well as lighting for LEED certification.
- Become the one of the first commercial North American lighting laboratories to achieve ISO 17025:2017 by NVLAP (Lab Code 500084-0).
